Do I need SEAI approval before work starts?
Yes. A Grant Offer must be in place before we start. We submit the application and wait for approval. You pay nothing until that approval is confirmed.
How long does an attic take?
One day. We arrive in the morning, lay 300 mm of mineral wool across the joists, and leave before you need the house back.
What exactly is the guarantee?
